When someone dies, forty institutions need to hear about it.We turn the chaos into a list.

Honor & Keep walks you through settling an estate — one calm step at a time. Answer a few questions and get a plan for this week, this month, and this quarter. The letters are already written. You fill in the names.

Take your time. This page will still be here.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Tell us what happened

Ten minutes of gentle questions. Initials are fine. You can stop and come back — everything is saved.

  2. Step 2

    Get your plan

A phased checklist built for your state and your situation: this week, this month, this quarter. No jargon, no guessing.

  3. Step 3

    Work the list

Notification letters prepared for you. A tracker that remembers who has been told and who is dragging their feet.

What's free

  • Your full personalized plan — every phase, every step.
  • The intake wizard, as many times as you need it.
  • Core letters and documents, with a watermark, to preview and print.
  • The notification tracker for your estate.

No card. No countdown. Nothing in this product will ever rush you.

Honest pricing

Flat, one-time prices, published in advance — from free to $899 for the most complex estates. Never a percentage of the estate. A probate attorney on a $400,000 estate in California runs about $11,000, because they charge a percentage; we charge the same whether the estate is $40,000 or $4 million. During our founding preview, everything is free.
